1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BuzzPay ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuzzPay is a verified lead generation platform that connects businesses with potential customers through a referrer network. The Service includes:

• Campaign creation and management for businesses
• OTP-verified lead capture
• Referrer network for lead generation
• Payment processing for lead purchases

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Business User Obligations

As a business user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to verified leads in a timely manner
• Pay for verified leads according to your selected plan
• Not misuse or abuse the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Referrer Obligations

As a referrer (seed user), you agree to:

• Only refer genuine, interested leads
• Not spam or harass potential leads
• Provide accurate contact information
• Comply with all applicable marketing laws

6. Payment Terms

Businesses are charged for OTP-verified leads according to their selected subscription plan. Referrers are paid for verified leads that convert. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

7. Lead Verification

All leads must be verified via OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the lead's phone number. Only verified leads are charged to businesses and credited to referrers.

8. Refunds and Disputes

Businesses may mark leads as "invalid" within 30 days if the lead was not genuine. Invalid leads will result in refunds for the business and deductions from referrer earnings.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Engage in spam or fraudulent activities

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
